Thames Ditton Conservation Area - Front Garden: During my site inspection, I re-examined the two significant cavities located at approximately 2.0m and 2.2m along the main trunk. Both cavities are extensive and have definitely compromised the structural integrity of the lower section of the tree. To help reduce mechanical stress and mitigate the risk of structural failure, I recommend carrying out a crown reduction in the near future. Recommendation: Reduce the height by 4m and the lateral spread by 1.5m to balance the crown, leaving a natural, rounded form. The tree's current height is 16m, and its crown spread is 12m After the proposed works, the tree's height is 12m, and the crown spread is 10.5m
