Tree Preservation Order EL:20/32 - Justification for Proposed Tree Work Scots Pine (T1), 5 Oak Road, KT11 3AZ The application seeks permission for the removal of a mature Pinus sylvestris (Scots Pine) located just outside the front garden dwarf brick wall which is currently protected under a Tree Preservation Order (TPO). The proposal is made due to a combination of amenity, health and safety, and property-related concerns, including safety risk from falling material. The tree regularly sheds large cones and deadwood with episodes of limb drop. The approach to the house entrance means these fall zones extend to parked vehicles on the driveway and where residents enter and leave the premises.
