Tree Preservation Order EL:93/05 - T1 - Oak Tree:Crown lift to 6m from ground level - thin crown by 10% to allow dappled light through canopy and reduce chance of limb failure as over driveway and public pathway and public road.To reduce lowest limb over road by 2-3m, tree has been struck by lightening approx 2 years ago, large amounts of deadwood present on roadside of tree and second limb to be reduced is rubbing heavily on another limb. Possibly remove one of these limbs if necessary depending on how extent the limb rub is.Reduce crown to ensure clearance of overhanging branches by 2m from the properties known as 13 & 15 Bowes Road respectively.
