Tree Preservation Order EL:04/20: Tree: Large Oak (Quercus Robur) market T1, Height (approx 40m), Spread (approx 20m), Trunk diameter approx 1.25m.Proposed works: Reduce height and spread of the crown by 3-4m. Remove deadwood greater than 25mm in diameter. The tree has one large centre limb which is dead due to a historic wound and needs to be removed. Note: the crown has been reduced in the past and has formed nuckles and previous pruning points.Reason: To contain the tree and prevent branch failure at the old wounds Contractor: Treeline Services Ltd.
