Tree Preservation Order EL:146 - 01 - Oak - Reduce the longer extended laterals by 3m. reduce the higher extended laterals over the neighbouring property by 2m, crown lift to 5.5m from ground level, remove deadwood greater than 25mm in diameter. 01 - To conform to Highway regulations, to eliminate the risk of harm from dead falling limbs. To give sufficient clearance from the property to enable maintenance and prevent possible damage. to reduce the risk of limb failure due to the significant weight of the foliage on the end of the limbs as the the tree has recently lost a large limb.
