Non-Material Amendment to planning permission 2024/3276 for minor design alterations and changes to fenestration to Plots 1 to 9, flat roof window over outrigger of Plots 1 and 2, increase roof height of Plot 2, relocate entrance door to and increase eaves height of rear facade to Plot 4 and replace rooflights with sun-tubes and revision of rooflights to Plots 6 and 7 and revise rear roof design above bedroom 1 to mimic front detail in principle.
