Description

Tree Preservation Order EL:20/43 T1 - mature Oak tree situated in neighbouring garden close to property. Tree has a height of approximately 22 metres and spread of approximately 15 metres. Proposed works are to remove lowest limb overhanging garden area of 126 Queens Road and reduce branches encroaching on property by approximately 2-2.5 metres. These works will not affect the height of the tree and will reduce the eastern side only, leaving the tree with a height of approximately 22 metres and spread of approximately 12.5 metres. Works are being carried out to give clearance from property, reduce end weight and allow light into garden area and property. T2 - mature Turkey Oak on front boundary. Tree has a height of approximately 23 metres and spread of approximately 16 metres. Proposed works are to remove selected lower limbs and reduce branches overhanging garden area on southern side of crown, leaving the tree with a height of approximately 23 metres and spread of approximately 13.5 metres. These works are being carried out to reduce end weight and allow light into garden area.
