Description

East Molesey Old Village Conservation Area - T1 - Ash tree on riverbank to rear of back garden. Tree has a height of approximately 12m and spread of approximately 5m. The tree has large areas of die back throughout the crown, so proposed works are to remove tree to prevent future failure and allow homeowner to replant with a more disease tolerant species.
