Tree Preservation Order EL:95 - The tree is a Willow tree, number 2698 on the plan. This tree is showing cracking and weakness around the limbs and the lower stem. The proposal is to remove the tree and replace. This is for the safety of all the site users as the tree location is adjacent to the landing stage for rowing boats and the access ramp to the river.
