Brooklands Conservation Area - T1- Wild Cherry at the front of the property encroaching onto driveway to reduce height by 1m and North, West and east section by 0.5m. South side by 1m. Tree height is 5m to reduce down to 4m. N,W and East have a 2m spread with the South having a 2.5m spread. final height to be reduced to 4m and an even spread of 1.5m on all sides. T2 - Hinoki Cypress - to reduce the height by 2m. current height is 7m to reduce down to 5m. Reduction reason for keeping the tree in considerate size being close to property. T3 - Callery Pear- tree is close to the house and with a heavy top canopy. 7m tall to reduce down to 5m in height and to reduce the sides by 0.5m to leave a final spread of 1.5m
