Description

Tree Preservation order EL:10/03 - See plan (Attachment No1) for location of the Cedar tree TP17 which is in the front garden of 18 Woodend Park. The branches of the tree overhang the drives of both 18 Woodend Park and that of our neighbours in 19 Woodend Park (see area shade in green on ATTACHMENT NO1. It is proposed that the lower 3 branches of the tree are removed back to the trunk to give clearance of lower limbs up to 5m. It is also proposed that the lower part of the crown, up to 12m, is reduced by approx 1.5 -2m - see report from the arborist ATTACHMENT No 2. Note: Our neighbours have complained that resin from the tree is damaging their cars
