Description

Tree Preservation Order EL:300 - T1 - Oak tree on rear boundary in neighbouring garden, 16 Burwood Park Road. Tree has a height of approximately 20 metres and spread of approximately 5 metres to south, 8 metres to east, 8 metres to west and 7-7.5 metres to north. Proposed works are to reduce north section of crown overhanging garden of 62 Roydon Court by approximately 2-2.5 metres. These works will not affect the height of the tree and will reduce northern spread to approximately 5 metres. There is a large decaying stem overhanging garden of 62 Roydon Court which will be reduced by approximately 3 metres to make safe. These works are being carried out to reduce endweight of branches and to allow light into garden area and property.
