Description

Tree Preservation Order EL:02/28 - T6 Sweet Chestnut (north east corner, adjacent to the boundary with 40 Queens Road). A overhanging branch over the patio of the Property Toldue needs to be pruned by approximately 4 meters in order to allow natural light into the property (crown spread reduction of the the foliage bearing portions). The branches have regrown since the 2023/2198 application, Previous applications have been made to cut back the tree: 2012/0359 Tree Preservation Order sweet chestnut cut back was granted for lesser works 6 March 2012. 2023/2198 Tree Preservation Order crown/sweet chestnut was granted on 2 October 2023. 2024/2717 Tree Preservation Order for branch overhanging the roof granted on 4 December 2024.
