East Molesey Kent Town Conservation Area - T1 - Decayed cherry tree located right side of rear garden- Fell to ground level and grind out remaining stump Reason for works- tree is heavily decayed with two rot pockets located at base of tree and on main trunk approximately 1.5 meters above ground level. Tree is missing one stem and leaning heavily over boundary fence T2- Semi mature sycamore located far end of rear garden- - crown clean reason for works- Canopy has many dead and hanging deadwood branches which pose a threat to those using the garden below T3- mature scrub oak located in rear garden of neighbouring garden- - reduce 1 x forlking limb growing over shed roof in garden of 30 manor road by 2.5 meters to suitable live growth points
