Description

EL:300 - G1 group of Holly and Yew trees situated in neighbouring garden at 14 Burwood Park Road. This group of trees sit as understorey beneath T1 mature Oak. They have a height of approximately 7-10 metres and spread of approximately 4-6 metres. Proposed works are to reduce branches overhanging garden of 64 Roydon Court by approximately 1-1.5m, height of trees will not be affected by these works and spread will be reduced only on side of trees by approximately 1-1.5m. These works are being carried out to stop trees encroaching into garden and allow light into garden. T1 - mature Oak tree situated in neighbouring garden at 14 Burwood Park Road. Tree has a height of approximately 20m and spread of approximately 15m. Proposed works are to reduce branches in west/north west section of crown by approximately 1.5-2m. These works will not affect the height of the tree and the spread will only be affected in the west/north west section which extends approximately 7-7.5m from main trunk so will be reduced to 5.5-6m. These works are being carried out to reduce end weight of branches, prevent encroachment onto garden and property, allow light into garden area below.
