Tree Preservation Order - T2 - Small leaf lime - Remove the lowest upright branch stem to the South - See survey attached for reasons and notes - all work to be carried out within guidance of BS3998:2010 - The tree covered by TPO seems to have been removed a number of years ago and the tree in the photos may be its replacement. T3 - Horse chestnut - Reduce crown height by up to 4m and sides by up to 2m to help contain and reduce weight on weak attachment points. Finished height to be 13m with an average radial spread of 6m - See survey attached for reasons and notes - all work to be carried out within guidance of BS3998:2010.Other trees on site do not appear to have TPO's showing on local authority maps/documents online.
