Description

East Molesey Kent Town Conservation Area - T1 - Sycamore tree to front of property. The tree is multi-stemmed with four stems arising from ground level with a height of approximately 14 metres and spread of approximately 5 metres. Proposed works are to remove the tree due to presence of Kretzschmaria deusta fungus at base of tree, which could lead to a risk of failure with tree in close proximity to road and footpath. The area will then be replanted with shrubs and suitable ornamental tree.
