Description

Tree Preservation Order EL:99/26 - T1 - mature Oak tree situated in back garden of 31 Oaks Way. Tree has a height of approximately 20 metres and spread of approximately 21 metres east to west and 19 metres north to south. Proposed works are to reduce branches in southern area of crown by approximately 2 - 2.5 metres and thin regrowth in lower crown by approximately 15%. These works will not affect the height of the tree, and the spread from north - south will be approximately 16.5 metres. These works are being carried out to give clearance from property, reduce end-weight and allow light into garden area.
