Description

Cobham The Tilt Conservation Area - A tree surgeon has informed me the tree labelled T2 (diagram 1) is suffering from Heartwood decay and is showing signs of delamination in the lower trunk (Photo 1). The tree hangs over a boundary and over the footpath and cars as shown in Photo 2. He suggested I apply for a 5 day emergency removal order under the dead, dying and dangerous tree act. The tree is potentially a Poplar Tree. The aim will be to replace the tree with an appropriate tree for the location e.g Acer, Amelanchier or Maple.
