EL:02/04 - T1 - Cedar tree in front garden. Tree has a height of approximately 19 metres and spread of approximately 18 metres. Proposed works are to selectively reduce crown, reducing branches in lower crown over driveway by approximately 2-3 metres, reduce branches encroaching on neighbouring property by approximately 1-2 metres, reduce remainder of crown by approximately 1.5 - 2.5m to balance, whilst keeping a natural appearance to crown, cutting back to suitable growth points, leaving tree with a height of approximately 19 metres and spread of approximately 15 metres. These works are being carried out to give clearance from properties, reduce end weight to prevent future failure and allow light into area below. T2 - Beech tree in back garden. Tree has a height of approximately 18 metres and spread of approximately 12.5 metres. Proposed works are to reduce crown by approximately 1.5 - 2m in height and spread, leaving the tree with a height of approximately 16 metres and spread of approximately 10 metres.
