Consultation from Mole Valley District Council: Alterations over both levels to create a single family dwelling with new kitchen, living, utility, study, bedroom and bathroom facilities. Removal of internal 1960s partitions, other walls and internal blockwork to the perimeter walls of the north and west ranges. Alterations to retained partitions and construction of new partitions over both levels Structural interventions to the first floor and raising of floor plate. Removal of the 1960s staircases and Installation of new staircases in the new entrance hall and kitchen.
