ELM:07 - T1- Common Oak. At the front of the property the tree has co-existed next to another large Oak. This fell down within the last year now leaving T1 exposed and at a heavy lean over the front of the property. A proposed 3m reduction overall to 10m above ground level to alleviate weight and sail in attempt to make the tree safer. NE side not to be touched in attempt to eventually rebalance the tree. T2- Common Oak. At the rear of the property. Selective reduction to rebalance some overextending lateral branches. small areas of the tree to be left but to reduce others to rebalance from previous works. A proposed 0.5-1m reduction in the tops of the canopy to 11m above ground level. 1.5m reduction on lateral branches to rebalance the crown on the East and West side. 0.5 reduction on the South and North side of the crown, leaving an equal spread of 4-4.5m.
