Tree Preservation Order 95/11 - T1 - Oak Tree In poor condition due to various large cavities. Tree has recently lost 1 large limb. Reduce back to previous reduction points, one large limb heading towards neighbours garden, approx 3m. This is to reduce end weight and chance of further failure. Remove crossed and heavily rubbed limb going towards this property. See photos attached to show cavities and rubbing limb.
