Esher Conservation Area - We would like to fell a large conifer ( number 5 on sketch plan) at the back of the garden of 12 Clive Road. We wish to put a small garden building in the location. Taking down the conifer will also provide more light to the 3 Scots Pine trees and a mature large evergreen tree ( species unconfirmed, possibly a mature Phillyrea Latifolia ). Willing to plant a replacement native tree somewhere else in the garden.
