Description

Tree Preservation Order EL:89/53 - T1 - House Chestnut Tree that is growing over neighbouring properties, casting shade some long limbs specifically over 12a Bowes Road. To reduce limbs only over boundary and driveways of Houses: 12c Bowes Road by up to 2m & 12a Bowes Road by up to 3-4m. Also to raise crown to a height of 5m from ground level to allow light in under the canopy. Current width of tree is approx 10-11m. this will reduce on the 2 sides of the tree by between 2-4m as described above. Tree is best viewed from Bowes Road.
