Non material Variation - Following detailed design stages and the nature of the existing building discovered on opening up works, the kitchen cannot be installed at basement level as previously proposed. Revisions to the design are as follows: -kitchen relocated to ground floor. Ground floor stair to be adjusted to accommodate the new kitchen and mezzanine layout. Dumbwaiter lift to be installed within a proposed new riser to the rear elevation. Ventilation services from kitchen are proposed to span externally up the rear elevation to roof level.
