Non Material Variation - Alteration of the mansard roof section as shown in drawing (23)013_(PL)120 - proposed roof plan - to an apex roof with a zinc ridge and hip flashing. This allows for simpler and more in keeping construction whilst retaining an equivalent ridge height to comparable properties in the vicinity. It also allows for increased southern exposed roof space to facilitate PV solar array to be installed.
