Non Material Variation - The original consent proposes the existing roof to be retained and repaired. Due to structural limitations, this is not practical and the applicant seeks to vary the application to instead replace the existing slate roof. The proposed new slate roof will match the heights, pitch and finish of the existing slate roof. Existing roof slates are to be carefully removed and re-installed where possible.
