Description

The proposals seek to alter the existing principal entrance into the retail unit, by replacing tall, glazed doors with a shorter arrangement and a fixed panel above. Other alterations include a 'wave-to-open' sensor, new walk-off mat and door motors. Internally, acoustic ceiling boards with plaster finish on the ground and first floor would be removed and replaced with the same size boards. Light fittings and ducting would be retained.
