The existing slates will be removed, checked, set aside for reuse where appropriate, and reinstated following best conservation principles. The existing zinc weatherings and flashings will be replaced with new lead material. The existing UPVC cupola will be replaced with a timber cuplola. The roof access will also be improved internally and on the roof pitches.
