Description

This proposal is to replace the existing internal lining of the external kitchen wall (stud partitions lined with 12.5mm plasterboard) with an internal wall insulated to "Passive House" standards. The wall will become some 105mm thicker. The existing windows and shutters will be retained. Cornices installed by the developer will be reinstated. Additional insulation will be placed in the eaves. No external changes.
