Request for EIA screening opinion.The development consists of small, purpose built, theatre within the school grounds of Cliftonhall, thisis to extend the offering of their Drama and Performing Arts Programs, and periodic use by externalparties. The total internal floor area is circa 525sqm consisting of an entrance, circa 151 seatauditorium, level stage area, plant and rear changing rooms. The proposed building will be locatedon the current lawn, north of the main school building and adjacent to the existing standalone dramaclassroom, and situated in front of the mature tree line situated to the rear of the Theatre building.
