Non Material Variation - To adjust positioning of the consented boundary wall between No.16 and No.16A. The wall has been marginally re-aligned to avoid tree roots of the copper beech tree and the existing retaining wall which may have caused damage to the roots if removed. The wall lies slightly further east of the Victorian villa at No. 16 which is also in the ownership of our client. The agreed structurally engineered solution, consented under the original application, is still to be utilised to bridge the tree roots.
