Description

Non Material Variation - courtyard level has been approved to be in sandstone. Proposed variation is that this wall is in white render over sandstone basecourse. This will tie in visually with the adjacent courtyard wall running along below the pavement which is white painted stone. Attached are photos of the wall as existing (as viewed from the entrance steps and the pavement) along with drawing illustrating the approved replacement wall and requested variation.
