Description

Non Material Variation - Proposal includes changes to the landscape design for the site. These changes include an amended waterfront promenade to tie into the neighbouring site to the west, amending the path in the north western corner to meet with the neighbouring sites path, and infilling an area previously shown as paving, to be soft landscape. The surface finish of the promenade has also been amended to asphalt with grey chippings (coordinated with the neighbouring site). It also includes changes to species of trees, which now includes a greater variety of species, changes are predominantly located in areas between the buildings and to the southern frontage of the development.
