Non-Material Variation application to 21/00246/FUL. Division of full height windows with a transom, to introduce a safety barrier in lieu of a structural glass barrier. Indication of a firefighting lobbies ventilation shaft roof terminal. Addition of a rooflight at topmost floor. Staircase smoke vents have been decreased in size to avoid the requirement for installation of barriers. Indication of ventilation terminals and rainwater downpipes on the elevations. Indication of glass panels barriers have been shown to the terraces - in lieu of structural glass - already accepted as part of Cond. 2 discharge.
