Description

Non-Material Variation - Extent of Lower Ground Floor reduced and slab level raised. Omission of WC below driveway at Lower Ground Floor. External steps and planter added to rear garden (drawing 169_(00)_200). Revised foor to ceiling heights resulting in changes to the entrance level, window sizes and parapet heights. The level changes are the result of the Lower Ground foor slab level being constructed incorrectly and result in an increase of the building height of 65mm (drawing 169_(00)_210 and 211). Change to fenestration to south and north elevations (drawing 169_(00)_210).
