Amendment to material of rainwater downpipes from metal to PVC to match CEC specification and maintenance preferences. All rainwater downpipes to be MWK-04, black colour. 2. Additional rainwater downpipes for Block 1 and Block 3 flat roofs (East and West Elevations) and Block 2 street elevation as result of revised drainage calculations.
