Non-material variation to consent 12/04385/AMC - It is proposed that the node junctions as highlighted in the attached drawing is changed from a block paving surface as approved, to tar with red chip. This is to provide a surface more resistant to vehicle damage. Locations indicated on drawing number 12052(11)001_AL. It is proposed that 6nr trees as identified on the attached drawing are removed and replaced with 8 No. new trees in the locations as shown Tree specification: 8 No. 'Prunus Avium' - extra heavy standard. Below ground services are preventing the trees being located as approved. Locations indicated on drawing number 12_04385 - 12-03_F.
