Description

The proposal is to remove the planning condition No. 2 which required the erection of a privacy screen to the first floor terrace. We have demonstrated through the original design and subsequently photos taken from the terrace, there is no overlooking issue from the terrace. There is no view feasible into the garden area of the neighbouring property from the roof terrace which was agreed on site with the senior planning officer.
