Description

The proposal is to replace the existing timber pivot windows, front and rear, with UPVC sash and case windows. I do not believe the existing windows are original and therefore the proposed replacement will be more sympathetic to the conservation area. The current windows are in a bad state of repair. The replacement windows do not open in the same manner as the existing windows but as I do not think the existing windows are original then it is my intention to replace the existing windows with sash and case sliding windows that would open in the same manner as the originals.
