Description

Installation of new supplementary structure to reinforce RAAC roof structure above various (1FL) School of Engineering rooms, and associated circulation and storage spaces. Works include the replacement of the roof finish above; including replacement of 5no.rooflights, removal of 4no. other rooflights, installation of roof edge protection barriers to the periphery of the 1FL roof (within the area of works), installation of roof access steps (between upper and lower sections of the 1FL roof), and relocation of limited external plant to non-RAAC roof areas.
