Description

The current non-permeable hard standing along the length of the property will be replaced by a mixture of permeable non-permeable materials and a soak-away added between the drive and pavement at the south of the site. A garden and seating will be created at the north end. A new wooden gate is to be installed using the existing gateposts. A small wooden screen is added at the top of the retained wall between the retained gateposts and boundary wall.
