Description

Proposed conversion of existing coach house in Spylaw Park into a new Community Hub. The proposal included lifting the roof of the existing building to accommodate a new first floor of accommodation and provide direct access from the Water of Leith Walkway. Building is currently used as storage by Colinton Village Enterprise and opened for the occasional community events. (as amended)
