Description

Non Material Variation - Add heritage conservation velux window over proposed kitchen extension. Delete proposed window to rear of proposed kitchen extension. Reduce amount of glazing on east wall of rear dining room extension by forming section of rendered cavity wall with insulation. Move position of existing exposed external gas meter and housing on front elevation and reposition meter and housing out of sight behind proposed low stone wall. Note - gas meters are not now permitted so this meter cannot remain inside proposed porch.
