Description

The work proposed comprises of replacing a timber flat entrance door located on the 1st floor of a 5 person tenement building within a conservation area. The door would be upgraded to meet fire safety and security standards by using alternative materials. The appearance of the door will be similar in appearance and colour, which would consist of a 4 panel door style with a dark blue colour (RAL 5010) matching the other doors within the building. The framing would stay original.
