Description

Resurfacing and improving the access road to Harlaw Reservoir car park, for both vehicle access and parking. Formal vehicle access agreement, and informal parking agreement, is currently in place with the landowner. Resurfacing and slight widening of the asphalt carriageway and creating passing places. Formalising existing parking with delineated bays in water-permeable gravel cells. Installing a vehicle gate to support traffic management and tree pits to improve natural aesthetic.
