Description

Following the consented scheme 23/06576/FUL approved on the 23rd January 2024 an element of the curtain walling on the front façade has been revisited. The consented scheme approved the proposal to remove an existing recessed entrance and replace it with a new glazed unit. Our client wishes to maintain the majority of this approved design but change a proposed stone clad panel with a glazed infill panel to match existing spandrels in this location. We believe that this change will be less intrusive than the original proposed design and will ensure the new façade is more in keeping with the rest of the existing façade on ground level.
