Non Material Variation - NMV drawing L(90)04 confirms the following items as Non-material Variation requests :- 1. Item 3 on drawing L(90)04 - instead of raising the existing 1.1m wall to the RH (east) side of the existing building up to 1.8m as approved, the NMV requests that a 1.8m high horizontally boarded fence is installed inside of the existing stone wall boundary which will match the acoustic screening fence required to the North east edge of the rear garden as outlined in Condition 3 of the approval, and which is the subject of a separate application for discharge of condition. 2. Item 6 of drawing L(90)04 - The NMV seeks to clarify that the stone wall to the LH side (west side) of the existing building is already up at the 1.8m height required and accordingly no further work is required, despite this being noted as needing raised to 1.8m on the original approved drawing.
