Non Material Variation - Through the design developments and discoveries during construction, our clients have requested the following alterations. 1. Omit the side dormer, replacing this with a rooflight 2. Reduction in the scale of roof lights on the single storey extension 3. Altered locations to the roof lights to first floor bathrooms and the single storey extension 4. Window alterations to the ground floor side and rear elevation 5. Alterations to the side door materials 6. Existing garage block walls were unsafe for re-use, garage structure rebuilt, like for like 7. Existing fencing discovered under hedging on Braid Road, proposed gate height increased to match. 1150mm from ground level.
